Acitvation Painting
Happy New🌑Moon wishes, remember to let go and make your wishes! I just hopped on to share this experience, last night I had access to an activation painting with Alexis Cohen using watercolor, she did a meditation and then had us hear our guides, ancestors, intuition to let the colors, symbols, just whatever comes up come thru the page let it guide you, afterword you set with it and you interpret it. For me this took me back to many emotions around DNA, it was very freeing. I feel like in the reflection I see the light side of the darkness and I feel deep ties to my ancestors, so I am sure in many ways my journey is just beginning it will be interesting to see what unfolds.

Thanks mama, I agree, I have been fighting to clear trauma for years, and honestly its not all mine, it goes way back and when I finished painting and really looked at it, it was relief because of where I am now but when I looked into the of headdress part I felt the blood and pain and emotions of deep ancient stuff, but I also felt the strength and courage, gratitude and compassion I have inherited and found along the way, its really interesting also how I could see why I have both sides (dad and mom)DNA I can see depth and purpose for the life lesson and healing, I feel like I am working on the mental body and it shows alot in the lower parts of this one, I think Im going to name it “Surrender”. Thanks for the nudge, this is sacred and I was a little shy to share, but then I felt like, this was so theraputic, why not share so others can bust out a peice of paper and be still and experience that level of their true deep nature.🦚
