Need help Protecting oneself from unethical psychics

I can’t say that I have a good way to get rid of him…I can say I feel I understand where you are coming from. A friend of mine and I were connected like that and since she was stronger than I if I was unable to since someone intruding she could….unfortunately there was a male that was intruding on us and taking things he shouldn’t have I hope someone is able to help you resolve this soon. Wow, while I read your post I feel tingling in my forehead, hope it’s not him lol, actually not funny. I had a spirit hanging around my house just moved in, I did a mental scream at him to basically F%% off, it’s my house now and I will look after it. It worked. Maybe do a mental scream at him since that is how he is contacting you.

Ok, I’m no expert but I have a few ideas. Start with cleansing everything from stem to stern. Get a friend you trust to help if you can’t easily do it yourself. Sprinkle salt around your home (if an apartment you can create a crystal web). Give yourself a long shower or bath where you see the water as sparkling light filling your aura and removing any ick. It “feels” like he left a lot of negativity in your sphere (did you guys live together ever?). The trick here is you need to keep up with the self care daily at least for a while. He’s trying to push back in, so keep those wards on high alert.

Gotcha! Full cleanse on the way, I don’t have friends right now, these past few years many showed their true colors and I set boundaries and stood in my truth, still, I know that perhaps among the living humans I don’t have friends spirit and nature are with me and within me 🌎 Thank you for your recommendations and support 🤗
